_______
Mission can be difficult without a team to support you. Communities of Mission aim to gather local Catholic leaders, a majority of them FOCUS alumni, so they can share a vision for and commitment to evangelization.
Members come together regularly, witnessing to God’s work in their personal apostolates and partnering for greater impact in their local area. Equipped with spiritual and financial support from the FOCUS Alumni team, they’re able to offer world-class formation, timely events and a network of encouragement.
Communities of Mission bridge the gap between campus outreach and lifelong mission for staff and student alumni alike. Will you join us?

_____
Each fall, Communities of Mission bring together recent graduates, long-term city residents and friends of FOCUS for their annual get-together. Intended to be a time of introduction, reconnection and inspiration, Connect events are the place to get plugged in.
The 2025 season for Connect events is nearly complete.

_____
Alumni across the country are stepping up to coordinate Community of Mission efforts in their diocese. These coordinators meet monthly in regional groups to share best practices, and serve as the point person for evangelization partnerships. Most importantly, they have a deep heart for serving the people of their diocese.

_____
“The most powerful thing I've done since leaving staff,” say former missionaries when describing the impact of getting together with other alumni to talk about prayer and mission. Our Communities of Mission meet every three months to keep the conversation around personal apostolate going.
